Ahead of the National Day Holiday - Empire's Two Signature Rooms

Thursday 1 October and Friday 2 October 2026 are Macau public holidays, and together with the weekend that follows they form one of the busier arrival periods of the year. Signature rooms are the first to be taken over such holidays, so early confirmation is advisable. The following distinguishes Empire Sauna’s two principal room types.

The water-bed rooms

The water-bed room is Empire Sauna’s signature. The surface moves with the body, giving support quite unlike a conventional mattress; with the lighting lowered, the transition into rest is notably quick. It suits a first visit, or a guest who wishes to experience what the house is known for.

The hotel-grade themed suites

The suites are appointed to hotel specification: considerably more space than a standard room, a private bathroom, and individual thematic dressing. They suit longer stays, guests who place weight on privacy, or anyone who prefers to bathe within their own room afterwards.

Guidance on choosing

• To experience the signature — a water-bed room
• For space and a private bathroom — a themed suite
• For a longer stay, or rest until morning — a themed suite; the house operates 24 hours and the lobby recliner area is complimentary
• Undecided — state a preference at booking and we will advise on the day’s availability

Is there a charge to request a room type?

None. Rooms follow the day’s assignment; state a preference at booking and we check in advance.

Do rooms fill over the holiday?

Signature rooms do reach capacity on busy days; confirming a day ahead secures one.

Where are the prices?

On the 18 September 2026 board entry is MOP 1,198, which is also the entry minimum; the full menu is on the rates page. Every band is quoted before the 5% tourism tax and 5% service charge, both of which are added on top at checkout.

Stating “water-bed room” or “suite” at booking is sufficient; we arrange the remainder. Room assignments and charges follow what Empire Sauna publishes on the day, confirmed with you item by item at booking.
